CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate clients on our waitlist. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
